Meet Leona! Currently located in the Okanagan,, Canada she has been bellydancing for over 2 decades; performing, teaching and furthering her own training in this ancient art form. Leona's smooth transitions, beautiful hip work and captivating smile make her one of the most sought after bellydance artists in B.C. Beginning her training early on with Slovenian Folkloric dance, it was a natural transition into Middle Eastern Dance back in 2001. Leona's passion for bellydance is as strong today as it was back then.

Saturday 12.15-1.15pm: Open American Cabaret (Drop-In) 2/7 only
In this class, we'll concentrate on the techniques and components of the American Cabaret style show, covering aspects like veil work, finger cymbals, floor work, and props. Additionally, we'll revisit Middle Eastern rhythms, and practice incorporating shimmies, traveling, and turns.
